I. General provisions
1. The promotion called "DISCOUNT -40% on selected products code: LATO", hereinafter referred to as the Promotion, is organized by Stone Skirts Anna Szczygielska, ul. Białostoczek 22A, 15-869 Białystok, conducting business activity under the NIP number: 5423071300, REGON: 200745573, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2. The promotional code "LATO" is valid until 2.06.2024
3. The Organizer reserves the right to select and change the type, form, time and method of granting the promotion.
4. The Promotion Regulations are available on the website www.stoneskirts.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Website".
5. The Promotion is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
II. Promotion Rules
1. Only people with a discount code can take part in the promotion.
2. You can get the discount code via social media associated with
organizer.
3. The discount code entitles you to a -40% discount on purchases of products offered by
Organizer, implemented through the Organizer's online store at www.stoneskirts.pl
4. The discount code is used by entering the discount code in the appropriate window of the Organizer's online store.
5. The holder of a discount code is not entitled to receive the equivalent of the discount in the form of a cash equivalent.
III. Complaints
1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by Promotion Participants to

2. In order to speed up the processing of the Complaint, please provide the name and surname of the Promotion Participant, contact details (e.g. e-mail address or telephone number), as well as a description of the reasons justifying the Complaint.
3. In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, the Organizer informs that the Personal Data Controller
disclosed in connection with filing a complaint (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") is

4. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of considering, including responding to, complaints/claims, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) (legitimate interest of the administrator).

8. The data controller will not make automated decisions based on the personal data provided. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
9. Personal data will be processed until the proceedings are completed.

IV. Final Provisions

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion Terms and Conditions in the event of:
a) changes in legal provisions regarding the rules governing the Promotion,
b) changes in the manner of conducting the Promotion due to technical reasons,
c) changes in legal provisions regulating the sale of Products or the provision of services electronically by the Organizer
d) changes to the scope or provision of services to which the provisions of the Regulations apply, by introducing new ones,
e) modification or withdrawal by the Seller of existing functionalities or services covered by the Regulations.
3. In the event of a change in the Promotion Terms, the Organizer will make the consolidated text of the Promotion Terms available by publishing it in the Online Store.

Terms and conditions of the promotion "Free delivery from 499 PLN"
I. General Provisions
1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Stone Skirts Anna Szczygielska, ul. Białostoczek 22A, 15-869 Białystok, conducting business activity under the NIP number: 5423071300, REGON: 200745573, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. The promotion is called "Free delivery from PLN 499".
3. The promotion is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland and is valid in
the Organizer's online store operated at: https://stoneskirts.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
4. The Promotion is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
5. Information about the Promotion and the Regulations are available on the Store's website.
II. Promotion Rules
1. Promotion rules
The Promotion lasts from January 1, 2024. The Organizer will inform about the end of the Promotion at least one (1) day before its end through information on the Store's website. The date and time of sending the order are important for assessing whether the order was placed during the Promotion Period
to the Store server.
2.The Promotion consists in the fact that every customer of the Store who places an order for products available in the Store during the Promotion Period worth at least PLN 399.00 (three hundred ninety-nine and 00/100) (gross) (applies to the value of the ordered products, excluding delivery costs) ("Order") will be entitled to an automatically calculated discount on the delivery costs of products purchased under the Order, in the amount of 100% of the delivery costs.
3. The Organizer indicates that during the Promotion Period, it may temporarily (based on separate promotion regulations) reduce the minimum order value, which determines the possibility of obtaining the discount referred to in point 2 above - this will be a separate, temporary Promotion and during the period in which it is valid, this Promotion will not be valid - due to the less favorable conditions for granting the discount referred to in point 2 above.
4. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts and sales in the Store,
provided that in order to take advantage of the Promotion, despite the promotions, discounts and
sale, the conditions specified in point 2 above must be met.
5. If, as a result of partial or total withdrawal from the sales contract,
concluded remotely within the Shop (i.e. making a so-called return of products
purchased using the Promotion) the order value drops below PLN 399.00, the Organizer is entitled to charge the customer for delivery costs, in accordance with the delivery price list.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations, provided that the changes to the Regulations cannot worsen the conditions of participation in the Promotion, nor will they violate the rights acquired by the Participants. The Organizer undertakes to inform about the changes in due time before they come into effect, in a manner enabling the Participants to familiarize themselves with them.
7. The Regulations in their amended form shall apply from the date specified in their content, but not earlier than the date of their publication in the form appropriate for the publication of these Regulations.

I. General provisions
1. These terms and conditions of the promotion entitled: "-30 PLN for signing up for the newsletter" define the principles of operation, conditions, scope and complaint procedure of the promotion, rules of use and rights of persons participating in the Promotion, as well as the obligations of the Organizer (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions of the Promotion").

3. The Promotion is conducted via the online store stoneskirts.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store"), available at https://stoneskirts.pl/

5. Customers who have received a discount code from the Organizer may participate in the Promotion – after meeting the conditions for participation in the Promotion, they become participants of the Promotion (hereinafter: "Participant").
II. Promotion Rules
1. The Promotion is only available to people who have signed up for the Online Store Newsletter. The Organizer will send a discount code to the email address provided by the Customer to sign up for the Newsletter no later than 24 hours after the Customer has signed up for the Newsletter.
2. The subject of the Promotion is the possibility for the Participant to benefit from the Promotion under the terms and conditions specified in the Promotion Terms and Conditions, which includes granting the Promotion Participant a discount voucher worth PLN 30 off the current gross sales prices of the Products in the current offer of the Online Store during the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Discount").
3. The Promotion does not apply to Products whose Price has been covered by another promotional campaign that reduces the Product Price by more than 30 percent of the gross (regular) catalogue price.
4. The Promotion is valid until further notice (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Duration"), subject to point 10 below.
5.To participate in the Promotion, you must:
a) subscribe to the Newsletter service, in accordance with the Regulations;
b) read and accept the Promotion Terms and Conditions;
c) before placing the Order – in the Basket section – enter the code received by the Participant from the Organizer entitling to use the Discount and click the "Promotional Code" button. Providing the code entitling to use the Discount by the Participant after placing the Order does not entitle the Participant to use the Discount.
6. In the event of a simultaneous purchase of several Products covered by the Promotion, the Discount
is calculated from the total Price of the purchased Products covered by the Promotion.
7. During the Promotion Period, each Promotion Participant may take advantage of the Promotion only once.
8. The Discount granted by the Organizer as part of the Promotion is not subject to payment in
in cash or exchange for any other means of payment and is of a
non-transferable.
9. When purchasing Products in the Online Store, the Promotion Participant has the right, but not the obligation, to use the Discount.
10. The Promotion Participant may use the Discount under the terms and conditions specified in these Promotion Terms and Conditions within 1 year of receiving it.
